Digital Goods: Our products are digital files delivered electronically. Once purchased and downloaded, these files cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy applies to all digital embroidery files regardless of whether they have been used or not.

Instant Access: Upon purchase, customers gain instant access to the digital files. As such, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds as there is no way to ensure the return of the digital product once it has been accessed.

Non-Tangible Nature: Digital embroidery files are non-tangible goods that cannot be physically returned. Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be restocked or resold once downloaded.

Intellectual Property Protection: To protect the integrity of our designs and prevent unauthorized distribution, we cannot accept returns of digital embroidery files. Once the files have been accessed, there is a risk of unauthorized reproduction or sharing.

Quality Assurance: We strive to provide accurate previews and descriptions of our digital embroidery files to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to variations in embroidery machines, software, and techniques, we cannot guarantee the exact outcome of the final embroidery.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compatibility with their embroidery machine and software before making a purchase. We recommend reviewing our file formats and specifications to ensure compatibility prior to purchase.

Exceptions: In the event of a technical issue or error on our part that prevents access to the digital files, customers may contact our support team for assistance. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
