We do not accept returns on downloadable products. However, if any of the downloaded products are defective, we will replace the purchased product with a new product but similar. Customers are advised to reach out via the contact page or the instant WhatsApp chat. Our team member will reach out and offer assistance
We do not offer refunds for purchases of digital products. The purchase of a digital product is final. We advise customers to be sure before making any purchase on the website
We do not offer an exchange for any digital product purchased on our website. The purchase is final. In the case where the design is defective, will replace the purchased design with a similar design
We provide machine embroidery files in multiple formats. The most common formats include DST, EMB, CND, EXP, HUS, PES, SEW, and XXX. Each format is available for download after making a purchase. Refer to your embroidery machine's manual to identify the correct format that you need
Each design has its own size and hoop size indicated under the product detail. If you need a custom size, we offer to resize it for free. Feel free to reach out via the contact page or direct messaging with your order number attached
The design remains a property of Creative Stitches and you are not allowed to resell it. You can embroider it on products resell. We do not restrict how many products you can resell
