As Creative Stitches, we always strive to make sure that the buying and selling of designs on our platform is legal. We are dedicated to ensuring that intellectual property is always protected. These guidelines are created to help achieve this.

 

Reporting Copyright violation

If you notice any copyright violations on our website, you can report them to us through the contact form available here.  Please provide proof of where your intellectual property rights have been violated.

 

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (USA) and Copyright Act (Kenya)

You must have a copyright to the content as per the law. This process allows for easy reporting of copyright violation cases and discourages false reporting of the cases.

Creative Stitches will take immediate action to disable access and remove the copyrighted material from our portal

To lodge your complaint of copyright violations with Creative Stitches, you must send your complaint in writing by post or fax mailed at Creative Stitches info@creativestitches.store. The written complaint must contain all the necessary details that prove your accusation of copyright violation.

But if your accusation of copyright infringement is found to be false, you will have to bear the fees/charges of the attorney or lawyer involved. In addition, any damages caused to the accused party or parties will be bearable by you
